It gives us pleasure to inform that Pool Campus recruitment drive of TechMahindra for Current Final Year i.e. June/July 2016 passing out batch students (not for the already passed out 2014/2015 batch) is scheduled @ PCCOE, Nigdi Pune on 19th Dec. 2015 @9am. The drive is for students of courses like BSC/BCS (Non Engineers ). All the updates for this drive and other drives in future will be available on Facebook Page www.facebook.com/ShitalkumarRawandale & also on the website www.rawandale.com from time to time as per the need.
The drive is open for any candidate across the country.
All the eligible students as per the criteria mentioned below are requested to Submit the Online Registration Form below the signature at the bottom of this page.
Registration IDs will be given to all the registered students (without checking their eligibility) 1 or 2 days before the drive in the excel sheet on www.rawandale.com . But Only the eligible students as per criteria will be allowed to appear on the day of recruitment drive after checking all the original documents & one photocopy set of all the documents.
(Disclaimer : Please note that any drive we conduct @PCCOE / PCCOE&R depends on company’s decision. So on eleventh hour if any company cancels / postpones the drive or changes the criteria, PCCOE, Nigdi/ PCCOE&R, Ravet, Management/ Principal/TPO will not be responsible for the same. Students should attend the drive at their own risk without any surity from college. Before coming for the drive @PCCOE / PCCOE&R, please see the posts for such changes. Details about the Drive –
Drive Date: 19th Dec 2015.
Start Time: 9.00 AM.
Eligibility Criteria: -
ü Candidates having scored a minimum of 60%, 55% & 60% or above in all three courses, namely SSC, HSC & Degree.
ü Gap - Max 1 year gap permissible in the entire academic career and that too only between any two courses.
ü No loss of year due to failure to pass any exam.
ü Branches – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Statistics, Computer Application.
ü 4 year MS programme through BITS Pilani is being offered to interested candidates (applicable to candidates with Min.60% + at X , XII , Graduation only)
Training on Joining : On joining candidates will undergo training for a period of 6 months approximately. Failure to complete this training successfully will result in termination of employment.
Place of Posting : Post successful completion of training, candidates are liable to posted in any of the operational locations of the companies.
Modus of Selection : Cloud based Aptitude+ Essay Writing Test followed by Technical and HR evaluation and announcement of results with each stage acting as a filter.
Instructions to Candidates
· Candidate should be in college uniform or in a presentable attire.
· Candidate should bring College ID card or any Photo Identity in original as a proof of candidature
· Mobile phones & Calculators in any form are strictly prohibited at the time of test
· Candidates who have participated in TECH MAHINDRA Recruitment Process in last 6 months are not eligible for the Current Recruitment process. If any candidate found as appeared the test, TECH MAHINDRA shall revoke the candidature at any point of time
· Tech Mahindra doesn’t charge any fee for Recruitment at any stage. Any such request by an agency / individual may please be brought to our notice immediately.
Also, In addition to the below e-mail, please ask the Essay Online Test qualified candidates to carry 2 sets of the following documents in the same order as mentioned below duly attested by college principal or TPO: -
ü Personal Mail Id – Needed for registration and further communication with candidate. (Compulsory)
ü Resume
ü Passport size photo stuck on top corner of the resume & should be self-attested (cross-signed).
ü 10th Mark sheet + Certificate
ü 12th Mark sheet + Certificate
ü Graduation Mark sheets
ü Post-Graduation Mark sheets
ü College ID Card
Based on our recent experience with students of equally reputed colleges in Pune, I would like to request you to impress upon the students on following : (please do share this with respective Colleges/Students)
1. Online Essay Writing :
a. Every student passing the campus test will be required to write an essay on a random topic chosen by the system.
b. We expect the students to write at least about 15 sentences or 800 words approximately on the allotted topic. Anything less than will mostly be ignored by the evaluators as inadequate input to evaluate.
c. Our emphasis will be to check whether candidate has understood the topic in broad terms, able to think clearly and articulate coherently his/her thoughts w/o making simple grammatical errors and spelling mistakes.
d. We expect the students not to use SMS language while articulating their views and thoughts on the subject.
2. Technical Interview :
a. Our Tech Panels are of the view that many students lack basic knowledge of the subject they had been taught in the college.
b. If the non-CS/IT students are desirous of making a career in IT industry, they must show some keenness to pursue the desire at right earnest. In many cases, the students give an impression that they are appearing for the interview as an alternative means to get a job. That is lack of interest and preparation.
c. Students were found to be wanting in knowledge about their own academic projects.
How to Reach PCCOE?
Akurdi Railway Station is the nearest Landmark. Outside candidates can take local train from Pune Station/Shivajinagar to Akurdi railway station. PCCOE is at a walking distance (300 m) from Aurdi Railway station.. Or Buses are also available from Pune Station/Shivajinagar to Nigdi. From Nigdi you can hire Auto..
